Adopt an Orange County Shelter (Virginia) Kitten

Photo by Kathy Doucette, May 2009.

This is one of the many wonderful cats you will find at the Orange County Animal Shelter. Many of the cats are sent to the adoption center of various PetsMart stores, but you can also come to the shelter to meet them.

You can find info on adoption hours and costs at: www.petfinder.com/shelters/orange.html

Cats are spayed/neutered, negative on leukemia and FIV and current on their vet work.

If you want a cat to be a friend to your current pet, wonderful! If you don't have any other cats at home, consider adopting a pair so they have company.

Orange County Shelter cats are adopted as indoor cats.

Already have a full house? What about blogging about our wonderful shelter cats to help get them homes? Thanks!

My goal is to use photography to bring more positive attention to Pit Bulls, BARCS and shelter animals all over the world. So far I've had dog photos published in Animal Sheltering Magazine, Urbanite Magazine and the Baltimore Sun and many photos have been used for a variety of purposes all over the country. There is also a photo of Play Group in progress in the February 2013 issue of Baltimore Magazine. Here is a link to my BARCS Play Group photo album, enjoy!: www.flickr.com/photos/7989447@N06/sets/72157627119929115/
