While camping at Teddy Roseavelt National Park, I had the luxury of witnessing a dusk stampede of dozons of these animals right through my campsite. Amazingly, nobody was hurt and they didn't hit anything. These bison look so much bigger when they are charging past you in the dark at incredible speed.
